Boop boop be doop! Get this iconic retro look by following this step by step tutorial!



How to Cosplay Betty Boop:

2: You need small thick gold earrings! (Mine are vintage) and a thick gold bangle on both wrists!



3: You need a short red sweetheart neckline bodycon dress. Preferably in a Velvet fabric for that true classy vintage vibe.



4: You need a yellow ruffled garter on your left leg with a red heart pin. You can easily DIY this.



5: Lastly you need red vintage heels!
